Full-Day Collection

  • 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
  • 2 Coffee / Tea breaks with 1 Lunch - RM88++
  • 2 Coffee / Tea breaks Only – RM68++


    • Half-Day Collection

  • 9.00 am – 12.00 noon OR
  • 2.00 pm – 5.00 pm
  • 1 Coffee/Tea breaks with 1 Lunch – RM78++
  • 1 Coffee/Tea breaks Only – RM58++

    “Meeting-of-Minds” Inclusions:

  • Coffee/tea breaks with snacks (Chef’s choice) with or without Set Lunch, depending on the selection of available promotions.
  • Three (3) varieties of snacks are provided.
  • Complimentary use of meeting room during the stipulated duration.
  • Complimentary use of either 1 Overhead Projector (OHP) or 1 Slide Projector with screen.
  • Complimentary use of standard microphones, subject to availability.
  • Complimentary use of whiteboard and flipchart, subject to availability.
  • Complimentary standard backdrop – Text Only [maximum 30 letters].
  • Standard stationeries i.e. writing pads and pencils.
  • Drinking water.

    Terms & Conditions :

    1. Meeting-of-Minds’ rates are quoted on a per person basis and are subject to 5% government tax and 10% service charge.
    2. Meeting-of-Minds’ rates and privileges are applicable for a minimum of 20 persons.
    3. The US Dollar equivalent may be subject to change according to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
    4. A meeting room rental will be levied should the attendance fall below 20 persons.
    5. Buffet lunch will only be available for a minimum of 30 persons.
    6. Reservation is subject to function space availability and must be made in advance.
    7. This collection is not applicable in conjunction with other promotions and is non commissionable.
    8. Valid from January 1, 2007 till December 31, 2008.
