Japanese guest chef Koei Ebisawa returns to showcase his new exotic culinary creation that is uniquely Shizuoka Prefecture; the location of the world famed and sacred site, Mt. Fuji. Shizuoka is blessed with a great geographical location; mild climate and rich in agricultural resources, forestry and fisheries. Fine produce includes green tea, which accounts for almost half of the national produce; mandarin oranges; wasabi or horseradish, a must ingredient with Japanese cuisine; bonito; mackerel; yellow fin tuna; cherry coloured shrimps and the list goes on. All these fine produce are delicately incorporated into the extraordinary menu that guarantees to enliven your palate.
