- Bookings are valid till 31st December 2009.
- Stays are valid till 31st December 2009.
- Rates quoted are for rooms only.
- Rates are subjected to service charge and prevailing government taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Minimum of 4 nights stay is required and bookings are subject to availability.
- Payment for the first night of stay will be charged within 24 hours after reservation is made.
- Balance of Room Charges must be settled upon check-in at the selected hotel.
- In the event of early departure, no refund will be extended.
- Bookings are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
- Cancellation will impose a penalty charge of 1 night stay.
- Amendments made to booking on, or prior to arrival can be made without additional charge but will be subject to a re-calculation of rates which may equal more than original reservation.
- Amended reservations will remain bound by the terms of the original booking.

- No accrual of any airline mileage.
