Polynesian dancers express the soul of the Pacific with their striking movements, while Lafoai adds sizzle to the luau with his show stopping performances. Hawaiian Wine Dinner At The View, master guest chef Kevin Chun from Waikiki crafts a Hawaiian set dinner where each of the five courses is paired with specially selected wines from California’s Wente Vineyard.
The event which begins with a cocktail reception at the Blue Moon where pupus will be served along with a selection of wines, is made all the more spectacular with entertaining Polynesian dancers.
