Terms & Conditions
- Spend minimum amount of RM150.00 or more in a single reciept on the above and you will be entitled to the lucky draws.
- This lucky draw is not applicable to banquet / private function held in our function rooms. Revolving Restaurant, Kopi Tiam, Carmen Club and Lobby Lounge.
- The hotel reserves the right to extend, end or make changes to this event without prior notice.
- The Lucky Draws will be carries out on 20th December 2008 by the hotel at Carmen Club and the decision on the winners by the deemed final.
- All Lucky Winners will be notified of their win within a week of the draws by phone, mail or email.
- All Lucky Winners are to collect their prizes personally at the hotel.
- The Hotel is not responsible for the delivery of the prizes to the winners.
- All Lucky Winners are to collect their prizes within the period of 3 month upon notification, failing todo so will return the result in the prize being forfeited by the hotel.
